Using Segue Living

By using this site or any of our co-living services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts. You'll also need to pass identity verification before booking a home.

Your Account

Keep your login credentials private — you're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access.

Bookings & Payments

Your specific lease terms, pricing, and cancellation policy are in your Membership Agreement, which you'll sign before moving in. Payments are handled by a third-party processor — we never store your card details.

These terms cover the website and marketing platform only. The Membership Agreement governs your actual tenancy.

Community Rules

All Segue Living members are expected to be good neighbors. That means:

• Treat other residents and staff with respect.
• No illegal activity, harassment, or behavior that puts others at risk.
• Keep shared spaces clean and follow building rules.
• No subletting or unauthorized overnight guests.

Breaking these rules may result in a warning, a fine, or termination of your membership.

Our Content

Everything on this site — text, photos, logos, code — belongs to Segue Living or our licensors. Don't reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100, whichever is more).

Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time. Active members will get at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
