Supplier Privacy Notice

Who This Covers

This notice applies to Suppliers (independent property owners who list units on the Platform) and their authorized representatives. Segue Living, LLC ("Segue Living," "we," or "us") operates a marketplace that connects Suppliers with individuals seeking furnished co-living accommodations.

This notice is separate from our tenant-facing Privacy Policy. Information about rental applicants that you receive through the Platform is governed by the Supplier / Property Owner Agreement, not this notice. (link the words "Privacy Policy" to /legal/privacy-policy)

Information We Collect From Suppliers

Identity and business information

Your legal name or entity name, contact details, and the identity of your authorized representatives.

Tax and payment information

Your tax identification number (EIN or SSN) and banking details for payout, which are collected and processed through Stripe and Stripe Connect. This information is handled by Stripe and is not retained in Segue Living's core systems.

Listing and transaction information

Information about your units, rates, availability, and the leases and payments processed through the Platform.

Verification information

Documentation of your authority to list and sublet each unit, licensing or registration, and insurance.

How We Use It

We use Supplier information to operate the marketplace, onboard and verify you, publish and manage your listings, collect Rent and pay you your Net Rent, meet tax and regulatory reporting obligations (including any Form 1099-K), prevent fraud, secure our systems, and comply with our legal obligations.

How We Share It

Payment and service providers

With Stripe for payments and payouts, and with vendors that host our platform, provide communications tools, and support compliance.

Affiliates

Within our family of companies, including National Corporate Housing, to operate the marketplace.

Authorities and advisors

With tax authorities and our professional advisors as required by law, and to enforce our agreements or protect rights and safety.

Business transfers

In connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

Applicant Information You Receive

When you evaluate an applicant for your unit, we make available the applicant's information for that specific decision. Your handling of that information, including confidentiality, permitted use, secure destruction, and your obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, is governed by the Supplier / Property Owner Agreement, not this notice.

Retention and Security

We keep Supplier information for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, pay you, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No system is completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you are based, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain information we hold about you. To make a request or ask a question, contact us at contact@segueliving.com.
